Common questions

How long does setup take?

Most clinics are registering patients the same day. You enter your clinic details, we seed the standard service categories and a cash payer, and you start.

Can we import our existing service price list?

Yes. Upload a CSV, match your columns on screen, check the preview and import. Rows with mistakes are listed separately instead of blocking the file.

Do bills show Bikram Sambat dates?

BS is the primary date everywhere, with the AD date shown next to it, and fiscal years follow the Shrawan start.

What happens after the free trial?
